Pool home/condo choices?

Hi I've been looking at the millions of confusing deals on pool homes or condo rentals in the disney area.... :confused3
We're thinking of trying one next year, and need advice! Anyone have a favorite,and why?
Which are closest to Disney?Universal?
Have seen names like Orbit one, Sheraton vacation village, vistana posted-
We'd even consider doing a timeshare offer if it wan't too much pressure, and had good recomendations by some Dis'ers!
we've been kind of spoiled with onsite places, but I keep seeing how other folks are loving their offsite places!
So any advice or help, even link to another thread, would be so appreciated! :love:

Most of the villas will be in the Disney area. There really isn't anything near Universal. As for the villa's-- I've always rented via direct from the owner. I found it's a better deal. I've used sites like:

www.orlandovillas.com
www.onlinefloridavillas.com

The best thing is there truly is something for everyone's taste and budget. Things along the lines of the Sheraton properties-- those are timeshares and condo's-- but not pool homes.
