Dumb computer user

Am I just daft and completely computer illiterate, try as I may to follow instructions I can't get a countdown from the Ticker Factory up on my details. Am I the only one! Please say no!!! :confused3

Lizzy you need to add to start and at the end of your second section of text. Delete the top bit.

As it goes in Wendy's signature, she has to put it in herself :( So we can't surprise her.
