Heck we enjoyed the pity party, but seriously with so much that was going on no one can blame you for changing your plans. If I had taken a vacation this past summer I may have had second thoughts myself as my husband is a self employed contractor and if the economy is not doing well, people do not put out the money for re-modeling, etc. But I had already saved for this trip and this is my only true vacation this year.
Besides we women have the right to change our minds as often as we see fit. :D

Hey Gerri! One more thing.....Guess who just came to my house! Lisa (aka ebutte) and her mother and her daughter. Can you believe it? I was just about to give up on her.

She has been busy working and I must have called when she was in the middle of having her phone lines switched around (that's why it was disconnected), because she says her phone is up and running again. But her pc is still very old and she can't access The DIS very easily. :(

Anyhow, she is still on for MVMCP and Crystal Palace on Dec. 2nd......so thank goodness we have extra seats between the two/three of us! :) :) :)

Oh I'm so happy you decided to come after all. It was a noble jesture on your part to want to give the money to the relief efforts though. A solo trip is a great idea. Us mommies need a break from the kids and the ole ball and chain;) every once in a while.

Debbie, the scary part now is that I did already donate that money! :eek: I think I better see if SSB can make a quick stop in Boise and show me how to run a lemonade stand....I have some serious fund-raising to do before DIS-Con. :rolleyes: ;)
