Got a dilemma~
We've cancelled our Disney trip and don't know when we'll be able to reschedule. I've got @ $250 worth of Disney Dollars saved that I've gotten from reward programs and TDS. Problem is that I didn't save all my receipts so I can't trade them in for cash. I'd really like to trade them in somehow. We're buying a new house and I'd really like to put it toward wallpaper or paint or something. Short of buying $250 worth of stuff and returning it anyone got any ideas??
Thanks

Hmmm. . . The only things I could think of would be to use some of the dollars at the Disney Store to buy Christmas gifts or decorate your little girl's room (who, by the way, is sooo cute in your pic!) with some items from there, or get someone to trade cash for Disney Dollars who is planning a Disney vacation. I'm sure you could get someone here on the boards to do that.
Good luck!

I think I might have a few receipts left over from the last time I bought Disney Dollars. I will look for them for you!

The last few times we have come home from WDW with extra Disney Dollars, we were able to trade them in at our Disney Store here without a receipt. Nobody ever even asked about a receipt. Did you try to take them back and trade them?

The manager at my Disney Store is not very accomodating to say the least. I haven't tried to take them back without the receipt but I know her answer will be no. She wouldn't even give me the Disney Club discount on my 3 Snow White Dvd's. But that's an entirely different story.

There is a fairly new policy concerning Disney Dollars, must have a receipt to turn them in for cash. That is correct. Not getting your DC discount on Snow White is not policy. You should get the 10% discount on that purchase.
check your private messages, I might be able to help

I dont know if the above poster was able to help you or not. But, people sell them on eBay all the time. I have gotten many there.

Thanks for all the ideas and responses. I've gotten all my Disney Dollars taken care of now. :)
