Yes, laundry facilities are free. If you're staying in a one or two bedroom, the washer/dryer will be in your room. If you're staying in a studio you'll have to find where the laundry facilities are.

It looks like you need to put money in, but you don't. Just push the empty coin holder in to start the machine.
