For anyone watching airfare for January

I got an email from Expedia this morning that new fares were out, I think thru Feb. 2. We are flying Northwest from Mem to Mco at the end of January and that price dropped about $50. There were actually some cheaper flights on AirTran and I think Delta, but we had credit vouchers to use from Northwest so had to go that route. I've been watching those fares for about 4 months now and this is the first drop they've had for our dates. Hope this helps someone else!

I have been tracking the air fare for the end of Jan. with Delta and so far no price drop. I keep checking several times a day....I know it will eventually but Delta has cancelled some flights around the time of the one I want so MY flight is starting to fill up!

Flights with departure dates up to Jan 11th. are about $70.00 less then my flight....come on lower price!

Northwest's prices dropped another $20 today so the other airlines will probably follow! Keep watching!
