We are staying at the Best Western in DTD. We will have a car. We are used to staying offsite on 192 and having every possible restaurant right on that strip. I was wondering if there are a lot of off-site restaurants around DTD too? Thank so much.

Well, for starters:
Macaroni Grill, Joe's Crab Shack, Chili's, Olive Garden, Tony Roma's, Steak n Shake, McDonalds, Perkins, Pizzaria Uno, Chevy's, Red Lobster, Hooter's, Bahama Breeze, Landry's, Golden Corral. I'm sure there are others that escape me at the moment.

Denny's & Dunkin Donuts for breakfast.
There are also a whole bunch more right up Palm Parkway, the first right after Crossroads where Olive Garden is. We ate at a great steakhouse on the right, can't remember the name (Angus?). Also, a CiCI's pizza. I don't think you'll be hurting to find a restaurant within two miles!

A block up Palm Parkway you have Kobe (Japanese steakhouse), Angus House of Beef, The Crab House, Hooters, an Indian place, and a Hotties donuts for brakfast (sort of a Krispee Kreme knock-off).

Also in Crossroads (which is right across 535), in addition to the ones already mentioned, you have Buffalo Wild Wings and Pebbles Caribbean Grill.

Have to throw in a plug for Orlando Alehouse, as well, right at 535 and Palm Parkway.

And with like 30 places listed, I am sure we are still missing some. :goodvibes

And the Awful Waffle! Almost forgot the Awful Waffle (i.e. Waffle House).
