This morning I ran for 60 minutes and swam for 30 minutes.

I did twenty minutes of weights and twenty-five minutes on the treadmill. :cool1:

8 min warmup on the elliptical, 1 hour of weight lifting (13 machines in circuit- 3 sets each machine) then 18 minutes of jogging and then stretching out. :thumbsup2

Running for me this morning, 4.25 miles in 39:37.
