What are you doing for this Thanksgiving weekend. Anyone travelling? We are doing our usual two days of turkey. One at our house with my family, and one at my DH's dad's place. One thing's for sure, we'll be counting our blessings.:)

My sister and nieces are visiting - we are putting the final touches to our WDW trip in December.
I still have doubts about this trip after the happenings of the past 3 weeks. But everyone else is so excited. My sister just picked up our APs and is already thinking about an extra trip within the next year.
PoohBWV, I also feel very thankful for everything this Thanksgiving.

My DW and DS are heading to the cottage tomorrow for two days of rain and cold. And me? Well, our daughter's competitive hockey team starts regular season play with a game against Bluewater Saturday and Kitchener on Sunday (and practices Monday and Tuesday). So I'll be spending most of the weekend at the rink, but we will be doing the turkey thing on Monday.

We're going to Saskatchewan this evening to see my aunt and uncle. My DD (who's 2 1/2) is not feeling the best, so we're hoping the drive won't be too painful. Usually she's an excellent traveller and the trip is relatively short--only approx. 7hrs each way.
We are taking all of our cruise info for January to show to them. I am so excited:bounce: :) :)
HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL!!

We're off to Peterborough to have Thanksgiving with my folks. It's nice not to have to cook the Turkey this year, and I am drooling thinking about the dressing...it's my Great Aunt's secret recipe and she passed away a few years ago and everytime I smell the dressing, it brings back great memories....not to mention it is out of this world!

Jo-Anne, dressing is my favourite part of the meal!
Dinner here tomorrow. My DB and SIL are bringing the food, I'm supplying the dessert, a couple of my icons! lol
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! :)

My DH & I will be making a Thanksgiving dinner for 16 this year. We make everything from scratch. I am actually looking forward to it since we haven't done it in two years.
We will all be thanking God for all our family and friends and praying for PEACE.
