"borrowing" a stroller in the afternoon...

Has anyone ever used a stroller from Toon town railroad stroller parking that has the card taken out? The card being gone means the person who's stroller it is has left or taken the train and got another stroller. We did this a couple of times last trip - only after 4:00 pm or so- and assumed it was actually HELPING the CM's since they have to lug the strollers back to the front of the park anyway.
Anyway- a tip for others if it helps! ;)

Nope... but we did take our card out and hand our stroller off to a family entering AK as we were leaving. It was 11:00 and we were park hopping. We made someone very happy. (At least that is what they said!) :rotfl2:

No. The empty stroller is for the next family that left thier stroller on the other side of the park when they got on the RR.
