Does anyone have any reviews for Hilton GVC at Seaworld? We are staying in a 1 bedroom suite in March and would appreciate any information or comments you might have.

in a 2 bdrm lockout. A friend's mother swapped out her timeshare for us here.

It is a lovely resort. The 2 bdrm was really large, being a combined 1 bdrm and studio. The one bdrm has a large living/dining room area, a full kitchen, master bed with bath. Note that the jacuzzi tub and double sinks are IN the bedroom area. There is a separate small room with the shower, toilet and another sink. There is a washer/dryer in each unit so if possible, remember to bring some individual boxes of laundry soap to do a load mid week.

There are plenty of activities going on at the resort if you are looking to take a break from the parks. One of the ones we took advantage of was "Dive in Movie" where they put up an inflatable screen and play a movie at the pool, while everyone either swims or sits on the lounge chairs. They have a sundae bar that is reasonable, plus other things that you hear about by message on your phone or listed on the boards near the elevators.

Everyone we ran into was very friendly and helpful. It is just down the road from plenty of shopping and there are a couple of different routes you could take to/from the parks. While it is a bit farther than we like, we had no problems with traffic and made good time there and back.

I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay.

Thank you for all of the replies. I did not realize when booking that this is a "vacation club". Is this like a timeshare? Did they do timeshare presentations when you were staying there? I paid for the room at regular rate, if that matters.
