Before we decide to buy into the DVC we are trying to do as much calculating of prices as we can to est. our trip costs.
I read somewhere that you can get discounted tickets through your DVC resort? Is this true?
Are the savings big or small? Like 5% or 15%?
Can you buy PH tickets through the DVC also?
Right now I figured that we would probably spend a little over $1100 for PH tickets for a 7 day ticket non-discounted price.
Thank you.

The only discounts on tickets that DVC members get are for annual passes. A regular adult annual pass costs 415+ tax. For DVC members, they are 100 off or 315 + tax.
I don't know the discount for a child's or a premium annual.

Join mousesavers and you can get tickets from two very reputable sellers, Undercovertourist.com and Ticketmania.com, at big savings. Check the website of each to see the prices without Mousesaver discount. I have used Undercovertourist and they are quick and reliable. (Undercovertourist through Mousesavers 10day no expire with pluses for adult is $418)

DVC members have had the Annual pass discount for about a year. Discounts, perks change all the time. Don't base your decision on DVC perks.

I didn't say I was basing our decision on DVC perks.
