Another HRH Club question...

Is there anyway to request a certain view when staying club? Last couple of times, we have had really crappy parking lot views.

We like to stay club, but I would almost rather stay pool view to at least guarantee the view. Not sure why they don't have two club prices for views.

We are heading down in a couple weeks, any advice would be appreciated.

I fax (or call) the hotel 10 days or so before my arrival and request a good view. While they can't guarantee it, I've always received a good view at any hotel (not just Universal hotels) that I've specifically requested it at. Good luck! : )
