Need some tips on what to use for a one year old - does swimmies

work? You know the kind that fit on their arms. The package says 3 and up, but has anyone used them for a 1 year old. Please let me know what you have done.

I would say no, my daughter is 20 mo and i dont think they would help he float. We brought one of those blow up tubes she sits in when we were at wdw. Other time DH would just hold her in the pool.

Swimmies are not for 1 yr olds. It sits their face too close to the water, They are not even good for 2 yr olds. the box is right, 3 and up. Get one of those floaties from wal-mart that the baby sits in. the ages on the box are 6-18 months and they are put out by aqua floats or something like that. Works great
