No not yet
Now with that being said some have been reported as seeing her before her fireworks flight and getting one from a tour at the time.(None posted though)

She is at the lead of DL parade but that doesn't help.And Rumores of her showing up at 1900 PARK FAIR Char breakfest have been heard on a Podcast slated for springtime.

there isn't anywhere to meet her as of now. i PMed some people with some information i recieved when i was on the KTTK tour when i asked why Tinkerbell doesn't walk around the parks, if you'd like me to i'll PM you also!

the tink I saw last year was at Epcot - during the flower/garden.....

now I know that Tink is not on this list - but hopefully this will help with others

well "technically" you can, they superimpose her into a picture infront of the castle when you're there. they have you hold your hands out and then when you see the picture she's standing ontop of your hands.
