DIS board name tags

I have seen several posts talking about a DIS board name tag. Where can you get one? I have a WDW name tag and would love to have a DIS board one too.
Hopefully it will go nicely with the dark circles under my eyes from the sleepless nights this board has given me. I get on here and "SHAZAMMM" it's been 2 hours. Thanks!

The ones used by Disboard members are made out of the paint color samples found at Home Depot (I think). The color is lime green ('Alien Green' is the name on the paint color sample). You can write your name on it, punch a whole in it and hang it from whatever you can attach it to (camera bag, stroller, whatever). Or just hang it around your neck! Some folks like to embellish them a bit with glitter or have them laminated. I forgot to add that it's the Disney line of paint. :thumbsup2
