Transportation from airport

We will be arriving at mid-day on Saturday 6 October in Orlando Airport. All of the rental car companies show no availibilities for that time. What are my options to get to the Caribbean Beach Resort and what am I likely to spend? Are there any grocery stores on the way?

We arrive the same day. We always use Tiffany Towncars. Depending on how many are in your party, you have a choice of either a towncar or a van or you can go "crazy" and get a stretch limo. The prices are listed at www.tiffanytowncar.com but I believe for Caribbean Beach it is $80 roundtrip. They will do a grocery store stop as long as you tell them when you make the reservation. The van I believe costs $10 more. Since it is this Saturday, you should just call Debby toll free at (888) 838-2161 to make a reservation. We have always been more than satisfied with Tiffany's and it makes the start and end of our vacation perfect!

Happy Limo is another good option. We use them from MCO to WDW and also frequently to Port Canaveral. Their phone # is 1-888-394-HAPPY if you want to compare prices (tell them Barb the frequent disney cruiser told you to ask for the coupon rate). They do grocery stops too. A towncar beats a shuttle any day...no stopped at numerous hotels on the way to yours.
