Stitch hat and Pin Gift thread(updated))

The offical info is that only DLR hotels reservation bookers will be geting the pin and hat and a box.

If anyone here has a family going to DLR and booking through disney to stay in their hotels and geting tickets and they have no love of stitch Can they please gift to the boards . Some like me go to the closest park and that for me is WDW. I am the first one looking for this type of gift as im a huge stitch fan. Join the waiting list maybe people will start feeling sorry.

I will try to get a code for each of the people in my party (which will be 3 for trade). If I keep calling and I'm able to get one, since the receptionists have NO idea what we are talking about. When we call after 45 minutes on hold they refer us to the VMK website (which has nothing what so ever).

I have been getting lots of PMs and a few e-mails about myself being listed as a donor. I have said I can not say anything at the moment since the information even ABOUT vmk existing has not been released. After 45-50 minutes on hold the representative gave me the VMK website homepage after she bent over backwards scrambling to know what VMK is. Please note I do not even know if they give more then 1 code per booking. When I know more info I will post.

hi.... I would like anything stitch if possible...... the reason stitch is so special to me is because the same day we want to stitch ( the first day it opened) we got home and the phone rang at about midnight and it was my uncle .... he was in tears and we did not know what was wrong so my aunt got on the phone and told us that my dad just dided in a car crash on his bussiness trip to arizona because he had to do work for the new dillards store.
Well in the stitch movie lilo's dad had died too and I like to stitch as memories because it reminds me of that day and of my dad so if anyone could plz gift me anything stitch I would be so happy. I do not expect anything much but maybe just a pin or something? I would just book a reservation but my mom does not have the money ... since my dad died we only get 2,000 dollars a month and that just barely gets us by for food, gas, and bills. plz if there is someone who needs it more than me serve them before me I never want the ppl who or less fortunate than me to not have 1

Sorry to say it, but there is *NO* official word regarding the Stitch items and where they come from. Yes, rumors say DLR reservations, but they also say DCL and WDW. So, we really can't say official until it is on VMK's Home Page.

I thought it would be fun to stay in the hotel 2 nights but you can only get the prize with hotel and tickets. And the price for a 2 night stay (just hotel) almost made me faint lol.

I don't believe I have a wide range of chances of getting any of these items other than by trading since my location is well, lets say very far a way and a trip for me and my family (5 ppl), costs us generally around $30,000 so well, do the math, it's very expensive for us to make one of those trips, and we're more likely to stay at cheaper hotels than the Disney ones, meaning I am very far away of the posibility of getting any of the items. If I do happen by any chance to get the pin and hat through a trade, I will state I have recieved it and there's no need to gift, but currently, I am in the want for one.

:) if you stay at lets say the red roof in, the cheapest hotel you are still very close to Disneyland only around I believe $120 a night. You could stay a few extra days with that saving, you can get the free breakfasts, and snacks to also save around $30-$40 a morning on breakfast. The tip is to eat not at resturants but deli's and quick stop carts to save. We spend around $5,000-$6,000 total on our disneyland trips including food, and trinkets staying at the Grand californian or the Disneyland hotel in a standard room (sleeps 4 and sometimes comes with a day bed, you can also request roll away). WDW is the place where you spend thousands a day which is not the place that is giving away this hat, only DL.

To get the set you have to book online or through a travel agent that does booking online , for hotel room for two nights and park tickets in package.
They will get only one set ( one hat , one pin , one box) per room package so to get doubles they would have to book two room packages . They will get their card set in final documents sent to them after paying for package (s)s in full approx two weeks prior to trip date.


So for those who are waiting best luck to you . I certainly hope your wishes do come true.

There are people on the boards who don't play VMK... I got a lovely PM from a DISer with Yeti Vision codes she didn't have a use for (she didn't play), which was very much appreciated because the game didn't work on my computer at that time. So maybe post in the Disneyland forum asking for non-VMK players to visit this thread? If they aren't playing and don't intend to, I'd imagine they might just toss the cards without knowing many people might want the items.
