Just Booked !!!

Heya,
Just to let you all know after all the problems and questions with Eurostar and the hotel, I have just booked!
2 nights at Hotel Cheyenne thorugh disney direct.
I phoned up eurostar and they said there must be something wrong with their website as they have direct trains from waterloo avalible and I have booked them also, we get a table :thumbsup2
Will i recieve anything in the post from disneyland such as some brouchures and stuff and a letter confirming our booking (just wondering, i have got confirmation but would like some brochures and info).

Never booked direct with Disney so unsure what will come with your tickets.

I am not sure if you will get brochures (personally I take every DLP brochure I can get from the travel agencies just so I can pour over them!!). Congrats!!!! When are you going?

I booked my second trip with disney direct via a Travel Agent and from Disney we got some leaflets with our tickets saying what stuff they was to do. They were nothing special though, we also got some mickey mouse luggage tags however we did not get all this untill our tickes arrived which was 2 weeks before.

I have booked 29th April - 1st may :D. Will the tickets and stuff come through the post or do I pick them up at check-in?

I booked Eurostar online and tickets came through post. I booked Sequoia Lodge package with park tickets on Disneyland Paris website and received e-mail confirmation. I am presuming my park tickets will be waiting at the hotel when I arrive.

I think it depends exactly how you booked eg. online, phone, via agent etc.

You cant book with disney direct via a travel agent. You can only book via disney on the phone numbers they give - the travel agents have their own deals etc. Disney will only send you a confirmation letter with your booking number and all tickets are issued at point of use against that number. We have done this several times now and never had any problems with Air France, VEA or hotels. Disney office explained that it keeps their prices down not sending unnecessary brochures/flyers etc.

Yep, does anyone have any good/bad experiences of the Cheyenne and is it worth asking if theyres any free upgrades or discounts avalible?
