Can you take a boat from this hotel to the parks, how long does it take and and where does it drop you off at the parks?

Yes, there is a boat from RPR. The dock is @ City Walk between both parks and it takes about 5 minutes from the resort. When we are ready to go to the parks if the boat is not at the dock,we walk. It only takes about 8 minutes to get to IOA and about 10 minutes to US.
It's a gorgeous walk.

We always found it easier to just walk to City Walk and then to the parks. The walking path brings you out by Margaritaville in City Walk.

only time we have taken the boat was when it was at the dock. It is faster to walk it than to wait for the boat.
