Hi everyone,

I would like to take my 3yr old daughter to one of the character dining restaurants and I'm trying to find times that are outside park opening times so that we can maximise our time in the parks.

As we are staying at the Holiday Inn, the options I can see are:
Breakfast at 8:00am at Plaza Gardens or

Dinner between 8:00pm and 11:00pm at Cafe Mickey.

Does anyone know of any other places and does Cafe Mickey do character breakfasts? Also, what would be the typical menu for dinner at Cafe Mickey?

Thanks for your help.

Beginning to get more excited than my daughter now!!

Cafe Mickey do character meals all day - including breakfast.

It may seem expensive at times but it is well worth it. The food is also of good quality... but the photograph you will get will be even better. There is a constant stream of characters..typically you will get to meet at least 6. On our last visit (just 2 adults) we met Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Baloo, Captain Hook, Smee among others.

For menus from all DLP restaurants see the dlpfoodguide website... just type it in google....

Welcome to the DIS jo28501 :wave2: Here is the link to the DLP Foodguide (http://www.dlpfoodguide.com/). :)

Juls4 - if you decide on Cafe Mickey I would advise making a reservation before you go. As you're wanting to eat after Park hours, it will get busy. The phone number to call is 00 33 1 60 30 40 50.

Hope you don't mind me barging in to add a question here:)

We have booked a Character Dinner at Cafe Mickey through the holiday brochure we booked with. The only time it specified in the brochure was between 6.30pm and 11.00pm. Now I am unsure if we can just turn up 'anytime' between these times or if I still need to book a specific time slot when we arrive

Does anyone have any idea?

I've a similar booking at the Lucky Nugget - the travel agent told me that I will be given the time on check in. :confused3

Hi all,

Just wanted to say thanks for everyone's input and I have now booked Cafe Mickey character dining for our first night at DLP. We booked direct through the number supplied by Bexx (Thanks :teeth: ) and requested a table for 8:15pm. They will keep the table for you for 15mins after your reservation time.

I'm hoping I can then check out the Disney Village and hotels on the first night and prebook for evening dinner the following night.

Off now to dhow DD pictures of the character dining. Wish Easter wasn't so far off :(
