I know there is no way to secure a carseat on disney buses internally. You could use a snuggy or some other type of sling holder etc.. If I'm not mistaken you also can't use a car seat on the ME buses either. I may be mistaken and will be promptly corrected if this info. is incorrect! :thumbsup2
There are no seatbelts on the Magic Express busses or the Disney transportation busses, so no way to secure a carseat of any kind.
Just back & did Magical Express & rode Disney bus all the time. No car seats anywhere. Everyone folded their strollers on the bus to parks & carried their infants on board.
Yep. Someone held the car seat on their lap. It was one that clicks into the stroller. But there is no way to secure one.

No offense to anyone who chooses to hold their infant on the buses, but this is why we rented a car last trip. I agonized over this before deciding on the rental.

Definitely your choice but no car seats on buses. I always put my little ones in a front carrier when I got onto the buses. You can use a transportation service from airport to resort but of course their is an additional cost.
