Has anyone stayed at an offsite Rental Home?

We are going in May, and with 7 family members. We are considering staying in a home off site, instead of the usual Disnye Property to save a bit more money and have more space together.
Has anyone done this? And if so, can you recommend a company that has clean homes that are ten minutes or less from Disney?

I just got back from staying at a villa in the Emerald Isle Resort. It is located close to the Sherberth Rd entrance to the parks. This is the villa that I stayed at: juliesvilla.com

Have stayed at 3 or 4 different homes and they are great. Any of the homes in Lindfield, Sunset Lake, Windsor Palms, Windsor Hills, Formosa Gardens,Emerald Island, Indian Creek etc. are within 10 min. of Disney. You can find good deals on VRBO just click on the Kissimmee section and alot of these will come up. VRBO stands for Vacation Rentals By Owner.
