Old Key West

We will be staying at Old Key West in June, has anyone stayed there lately? I have heard mostly good things about it. How is there new pool slide? My children at 8 and 13 and I hoped the pool area would be good for both of these age groups.

It might be a little fast for your 8 year old - but she will adjust quickly.

We stayed there for the first time in Dec '05. Given that

- it was chilly
- I was fighting the flu
- we were in a studio
- it was on the third floor

We loved it. And since all of those things can only get better, we know that we'll love OKW even more next visit.

We were there Feb. 4 - 8 and really had a good visit. We were in Bldg 55. At the end closest to DTD. Really quiet. Loved sitting on the porch and looking at the boats go by on the canal. Had a one bedroom in great shape.

It's great. You'll love it.
