I posted this before, but inside other threads.

I have used a program called "Cookie Pal" for years. It is a fantastic program and has it's place of honor next to Zonealarm my free firewall, AdAware the spy killer and my new favorite privacy program: Pop-up Killer. What is so good about Cookie Pal? It automatically blocks the cookies I tell it to block (like Doubleclick and Admonitor), allows the cookies I tell it to allow (like Blink and SearchCactus) and asks me about cookies it doesn't know about. Plus, it's very easy to use. IMO, it's better than running AdAware every day to clear your "bad" cookies. The "bad" cookies never have a chance to get on your system.

Here's the URL for it from www.download.com, a reputable place to get software:

It's a 30 day trial copy and then you can buy it for a mere $15. I paid $15 3 years ago and I get all updates free. Give it a try, I think you'll like it :).

I've also used Cookie Pal for a few years & it's definitely worth the $15. I also use ZoneAlarm and AdAware, but I'm not familiar with Pop-up Killer. I've been using Pow for popups, but I'm not really crazy about how it works. Do you have a url for Pop-up Killer?

Sorry I didn't notice this until today. Popup Killer is available from here:

It's freeware, but they accept donations.
