1. is My Points e-mailing the web certificates??

2.i have a Web Certs Card i got when i was Freeriding,can i use it for My Points?

If My Points isn't paying out on web cert's what is the next best thing to spend points on??

I cashed in for webcertificates from Mypoints on September 10th and the emails with the certificates arrived on September 27th.

Your existing webcertificate account should still be okay, EXCEPT, they had a major security problemthe first part of September. They have assigned new account numbers to most, if not all, accounts. So I would check with them, you probably still have an account but with a new number. Webcertificates.com has a very good customer service dept. and if you had already purchased a plastic card, they are replacing them with your new account number for free.
