member website question

This is probably another dumb question but since I'm new to this I hope I will be forgiven. When I log into the member site and go to my points and vacation details it shows only the unit we have booked using points. We also have two other units booked using all cash. Should these be showing as well since they were booked through member services? Just wondering so I don't waste their time calling for something that's not a problem. Thanks.

I'm having difficulty finding- on line - our reservations.

I thought I found it once, but I am unable to get into that page again. I seem to be going in circles.

I go to the members only site and enter my user and password.

where do I go from there? any help is appreciated.

After you log in, click on the link for MY DVC. Then click on the link for Points. Then click on the link for Vacation Details.
