Leather looking material - please help

A friend made this passport looking booklet out of this bumpy paper....kinda looks like leather, but more like a football grain...small raised bumps.

Any of you scrapbooking experts know where I can find this paper? Yes, I've checked local craft stores. I need an internet site.

Try your local Jo Ann's. They had some papers like that and even had some that felt like suede and smooth leather!

I have also seen this type of paper at Michaels as well! I picked it up once there, as I was doing a football layout, but put it back because I saw something else I liked better.
