So, I have put this off so long!! I need to book a room for Tuesday night (Feb 7) - we are flying out Feb 8.
I have been debating which hotel FOREVER!! We have stayed Homewood Suites (Hilton) and loved it but now it is too expensive. We also stayed HEI and it was OK - but it is around $130 CDN which I think is high.
I'm looking at the Best Western Norstar - around $75 CDN.
Anyone have anything to suggest either way - or even a different hotel???
Thanks!!!!!!!!!

We have booked to stay at the Millenium across from the Walden Galleria Mall, it provides parking and a shuttle.

I Have stayed at Homewood suites(nice), Holiday Inn Express(excellent) and Holiday inn( o.k.). Last year I booked a room with priceline for $40 US and got quality suites. It was fine for the night.

We stayed at the Sleep Inn Airport(this past Wed)right across from the airport for $99.99 park n' fly and we really enjoyed our stay there. We had a great brekkie included (starting at 4 am) our car is awaiting our arrival on the 13th........YES we're down in Florida right now watching it pour with severe storms!! lol Oh well it'll have to get sunny sometime???Right????? :sunny:
Always stay at the Clarion...they always gave $55 CAA rates now there best seems to be $69. Excellent value..hi speed in the rooms as well as a business center that was very useful when printing boarding passes at midnight!

Keep in mind that if the rate includes parking for the week, you are saving about $50 in airport parking fees. Now, come on, are really going to sleep much anyways?! :teeth: Have a great trip!

I decided to go with HIE. NOt the cheapest ($99) but we've stayed before so are familiar. This time we will be use to be far away from the pool - that was our only problem last time, excess noise from the pool.
So, now I just have to pack. Weather looks good in the long range forecast so that is a bonus. Can't wait for Wednesday! :thumbsup2

Remember ...you don;t have to wait until midnight anymore (if you are using SWA). You can do it up to 24 hrs before.

The new 24 hr rule is great - I was always stressed the night before as I knew I had to do this before sleeping. Now I can print them off at work on Tuesday before we leave for Buffalo :thumbsup2
I have been packing and trying to get things ready today. All laundry is done, DS's bag is packed (if he doesn't unpack it before Tuesday LOL), mine is 1/2 packed and as usual DH has not started :confused3 But he is a pretty easy packer so I'm not worried. Just two more work days and we'll be off

Comfort Suites - includes parking upto 2 weeks, continental breakfast and shuttle is less than 5 minutes to the airport.
They have a pool for the kids and we've always found them to be helpful and curtious, even making sure breakfast was out by 4:00am for those early morning flights.
Not sure about exact rates, but usually the internet rate is cheaper on most hotels these days.
Good Luck!

Hey Mousy - thanks!
Hope all is well with you and you are feeling OK - was it shingles? Sorry my mind is a sieve! Anyway - I'm really looking forward to it, as is DS and DH. I think I've got DH sold on WDW - now all that is left to conquer is DVC! :lmao:
