Valentine's scrapbook for DH

I was thinking of making a Valentines scrapbook for my dh. We are trying to watch our money (wanting to cruise dcl again soon!) so no big gifts this year. I was thinking maybe a list of the top ten reasons why I love you. Maybe instead just some love poems. Not really sure which direction I want to head. I am in need of some inspiration! If anyone has done anything like this give me some ideas! :sunny:

This is a great idea. I'm going to keep an eye on this thread to see what others come up with.

I made my DH a scrapbook (6 x 6) for his birthday last year. It was centered around songs that had special meaning for us. I included lyrics of each song, either the entire song or certain verses, along with some quotes, etc related to love. For the last section I used these tags from I think Chatterbox called "What I Love About You" and it was things like "your laugh" "your smile" etc and I used a small picture to illustrate each one. I also burned a CD to go with it of all the songs I used.

I stepped outside my normal scrapping box for this book and I was really happy with how it came out.

What a neat idea! My dh used to sing in a band. This is such a nice idea. He wrote a song for me when we were dating. It was our wedding song. I could use the lyrics from that. Thanks! I knew you guys would have some great ideas!

My DFi did this for me last year. He made (and all by himself) an 8 x 8 album for valentines day on "reasons why i love you". he gave it to me before v-day as I was out of town on the actual day, but i loved it. i still cry when i look at it. best present i have ever received.

I love this idea. I'm going to have to think about this. Would you add pictures? Old ones or new ones or photos through the years? Love the idea of adding the CD of the songs.
