I'm restarting this because the other one has gotten so long I may have been lost in it. I've tried repeatedly to get this program and each time I get an error this page is not available to you. I've tried through Mal's link and by going to shareware.com. Any suggestions? Are there other places to find these programs?

I think it worked. I ran it and came up with 10 components. I had it delete the ones that said cookies. Did I do this right?????

That sounds like you did it just right. The program gives you the option of removing a program (or not) by checking the checkbox next to each component before selecting the Continue button to delete the chosen files.

I typically get about 4-6 components to remove on a daily basis (stuff like Flycast, Admonitor, and Doubleclick, etc.) I love this program!

I just removed anything that said cookies. Hope I did it right :-)

I hate to seem so dense but how can I tell what's what? I ran my spy remover today and it came up with 2 things but they look like programs that I use on my computer. Oyyyy

Hey Robin or anyone hopefully ya'll can make more sense out of this than me :-). When I ran the program these were the two "components" that weren't marked cookies.

This is how they appeared.

Type F windows/bbstore/bss/bssagent.exe
Type K - software/broderbundsoftware.dss.

Do I delete those? or keep em?

Thanks! I think I need a bit more info.

Could you run the program once more? At the end you are giventhe choice to "Show Report". Click on the spyglass to do that. Once you're looking at the report you can "Export" it (at the bottom of the report window). Save it to a file name you will remember and email it to me at robinbtigger@yahoo.com. You can also just cut and paste the whole report into your email program. I'll be happy to look at it for you. I think that the first thing is a spy program and the 2nd is nothing.
