anyone got any idea when the tickets/dates will be released for this year?
am planning on going as we've never done any of the extra parties or anything before.
also, have heard they give kids a lot of free candy, is it necessary to take your own extra bucket/pot into the park for this?

Dates are usually released end of April beginning of May :) I will be in the queue with you for tickets.

You get a little trick or treat bag given to you. They give Candy to adults too :)

I am in the queue too!! So glad you asked this question, Carol, as I was wondering only today whether it was too early to ask!!

I had a blast at this party in 2004 with my DH, and we got so much candy. I have decided this year that I need to lose half a stone before we go - so that I can put it all back on again in candy!! :rotfl2:

I'm aiming for end sep/ first couple of days in October so hopefully it won't be a problem as most people will go towards the end of October.

We're going end of Sept/early Oct too. We should all try and go to the same one, that'd be a laugh!! I think we want to do an October date - if only because I'd feel wierd doing Halloweeen stuff in Sept (even if it was the last day of Sept!)

Yes Queenie, we should meet there! I think we'll go for a date around the 6th or 7th of october - we fly home on the 8th and it'll be a lovely finish to the hols.

I have chosen a Tinkerbell costume - not making one myself, I am not that creative!! Found it on a site that was posted on here around Halloween time last year, and have been banging on about it ever since!! They have quite a few adult princess costumes and similar (and a few risque items as well, that I daresay wouldn't get you through the gate at MK!!)
