Help: Skull rock figurine information

I have come here as a last resort, having searched the internet for any information on this figurine. I do not remember when or where I acquired this, but any information you can give me is appreciated.

It features Skull rock on a water base. On the outside is Captain Hook. The rock opens up on hinges to reveal two parts of one scene from the movie. One side has peter pan speaking into his hat, and the other has Tiger lily and the 1st mate in a lifeboat.

I'm not at home at the moment but I think I have the piece you described. Mine is about 6" high and Hook is crawling up the side of Skull Rock.

I think it was sold at the Disnery Store and the Disney catalog but I'm not 100% sure.

I also think I have the skull rock you are describing. The only marking on it is the sticker on the bottom that says made in Thailand. I have a whole village of attractions and toon town homes that open up. They are all about the same size. Some are from Disney stores, some are from Disneyland, WDW, and Japan.
