Hi All. I am a relative newbie to DISBOARDS and greatly appreciate your insight and friendliness. The question is: When I go online to the official WDW site (once I have an existing WDW reservation made over the phone), can I recall my reservation (dining, hotels, activities, etc) and change/modify them on-line or must I go thru CRO via the phone? Thanks!

I am pretty sure that most of that needs to be done over the phone at present.

You can view your reservation on-line even if you make it via phone, but for changes you must call. :sunny:

You can use the itinerary feature to post your updates just for yourself and you can go back in and look at that at any time, but to actually change an ADR or hotel & ticket stuff you have to call. I used the itinerary thing a lot just to help myself stay on course and remember what my overall plan was.

the way it was last year was that if you booked on the phone all changes had to be made over the phone. If you booked online, then only online changes could be made. the Cm couldn't even view your ressie without having a Supervisior pull it up for them, and then I couldn't view it online anymore... Hopefully they have this fixed now.
