We're Off Tomorrow!

Well after much agonizing and prayer, we're off to WDW tomorrow morning for 5 days. I'm still not quite in the mood, but expect that will hit once we go through the gates! Here are a few things we have planned, so if you have any advanced questions or you want me to scout out something, let me know! We're staying at ASMu and Boardwalk Villa (rented DVC points), we have PS at Ohanas, Hollywood & Vine and Katie is taking the Adventures in Cooking class on Tues. We have annual passes, so expect to do a lot of park hopping. We probably won't hit MGM on the Oct 1 kickoff just due to crowds, but we'll play it by ear! Thanks for all your help and support! Jo

I leave October 25, and will stay at the Boardwalk as well(we own at DVC). Please let me know about Ohanas and Hollywooed and Vine as we do a have a PS for both of these. Have a great trip. Cant wait to hear from u

Jo-Anne - I'm glad you decided to go and hope you and your family have a wonderful time. I'd be interested in hearing more about the Adventures in Cooking class. My DS is 8 and I'm thinking of it for him and 5yo DD on our next trip. I'd be interested to know if there are any older boys there when your daughter goes to the class.

I'm sure once you start heading for the turnstiles you'll forget everything except having a great time. Have fun!!

JoAnne - Please go and enjoy your vacation. I was on the cruise when we heard about the terrorism, but when we went to MK 2 days later drizzling rain and all it really helped us enjoy life and some Magic really did return again. Have a Great time!

Can you tell us whether they are still searching your bags as you enter the parks? If so, are they letting people bring food into the parks? We want to do this but aren't sure if we'll be able to now.
