Here is an Idea for you, I have done this before when simply upgrading a computer.
So that I didn't loose anything during the transfer, I copied all of the websites that were important to me in my favorites folder and mailed them to myself and to my sister. This way I didn't have the hasle of losing every thing or trying to transfer it.

Thanks Mal! I just installed IE Service 5.5 Service Pack 2 which will prevent me getting this worm.
BTW, here is a link that describes the worm:

Just checking to see if anyone has had any problems with anymore viruses by visiting websites. I got one at Millers Rewards on Wed pm and it really messed up my PC bad - don't know what it was either because it was downloading and I couldn't see what it was downloading because I had about 50 windows open up. Worst part was I couldn't close the download because it said I wasn't authorized to stop the download!!! I was running IE 5.5 and Norton had just been updated the night before. It went right by Norton so I haven't got a clue what virus I got. It has made me really paranoid to do rewards programs now - A week or so ago, Norton picked up the nimda virus, but it quarantined it and then I deleted it. There was no harm done. This last time, it was absolutely awful. I had to restore everything and I almost couldn't restore (it took me 3 tries - 3rd try I was able to) - I have since downloaded IE 6.0
