What is everyone else having for dinner? I can't think of anything and I need to go to the store soon.

I don't feel much like cooking, so I think we'll have chili...the hamburger is already cooked so it's a dump-and-walk-away meal for us. Those are always good when you're sick. ;)

Yesterday I went to a cruise and vacation seminar so didn't get home til after 6:30. Ended up going to Mrs. Winner's and buying the 12 pc family pack. Tonight I'm planning to fix grilled pork chops, a tossed salad, some kind of potato...probably baked potato for me but not sure for rest of family, left over baked beans and dinner rolls. Tomorrow night I have a training class on a new acctg system so it's left overs. Wed night is church, and then will worry about Thursday on Thursday morning!! After reading some of the recipes for boneless chicken breasts I think I'll have something like that one night. :thumbsup2

We've had Chinese tonight as it was Chinese New Year yesterday. I made up battered chicken with lemon and sweet and sour sauces, rice for Scott and we shared a big bowl of prawn crackers.

Nothing has tasted good since I got sick almost 2 weeks ago. :( Even things I've been craving - like an Italian Hoagie/Zep/Sub...and that's a bummer because I don't get them often.

Yesterday I put a piece of pork in the crockpot with a couple bags of sauerkraut & was really surprised when it tasted great! :teeth: So we're having leftovers tonight. I can't wait! :teeth:

I don't feel like cooking either, so we're having broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken breasts from Sam's, rice, and more broccoli on the side. My kids love broccoli, so this will be a big hit with them.

Well, I ate too much at Red Lobster yesterday for lunch, so I just had a chicken leg and thigh off of one of the roasted chickens you get from the grocery store! I might snack on some popcorn later. DH gets the rest of the chicken when he gets home!

we are having pork because that was the dish from lets dish that dh pulled out of the freezer. it's cooking now and smells awesome! I'm a big fan of lets dish! you go for 2hrs make (put together but not cook) all your main dishes (8-12), each feeds 6 people and it's so much fun! (and easy). www.letsdish.net
