Maybe you could go to a crop or something and get some help on how to start. My first page of any trip is always the hardest. Creative Memories does a class to help you get started too. If I could I waould love to come help you scrap!!
Good Luck

Do you have a local Michaels, Hobby Lobby, Roberts, etc. that has a beginning class?
You also might want to check out Simple Scrapbooks magazine or one of Simple Scrapbooks books (they look like magazines, too). Here is a link to their Simple Schemes: http://www.simplescrapbooksmag.com/schemes/ They are like Becky Higgin's Sketches, but much more, ummm, simple, lol. I like them
You are welcome to ask all the questions you want here (for no extra charge, lol).

I second the idea for the Simple Scrapbooking magazine. You can get it at Wal-Mart and it will have encouraging ideas for you. Also try browsing around the forums on Scrapjazz (http://www.scrapjazz.com). In my opinion it is the best scrap message board on the web. :thumbsup2

If only you lived closer:flower1: That would be great fun.
I would call a local scrap store and see if they had any beginners classes. Or call a local Creative Memories constultant to see when they have an upcoming class. I have been to a couple of them myself and I always seem to learn something new or get a new idea from them.

I hadn't thought of a class at a crafting store; that's a good idea. I think I may go buy a magazine and some supplies to get me started on my ds's birthday pictures.
Thanks for the links I've bookmarked them for later use!

Also see if there are any Scrapbooking Stores in your area, you can go there and I'm sure they would love the help you get started.
Have fun and welcome to a very addicting hobby :teeth: :teeth:
