Only Disney Pins??

Question for you pin experts... When trading, do people only want disney pins or do you purchase other pins i.e. state pins, flags, etc. I work on a Navy Base and I am sure there are many pins there that would be different, but not sure if anyone would be interested. Thanks for your help!

At the parks the CMs can only take Disney trademarked pins. I am not sure if guests would be interested in other pins or not. That would be a personal choice. I only collect disney pins, but I am sure you may find others here that collect other pins too!!

You never know. Just list what type of pins in the Subject line.
I have traded HRC and RFC pins. Not often, but I have.
I doubt a CM would trade. But you may find another guest in a park who also collects other types of pins.

I collect Archery pins, some soccer pins, and Marvin Martian along with Disney. I have traded in the park for a few of them but not many. You never know though. Buy a few, put one or two on your lanyard and see what happens.

CMs aren't supposed to take non-Disney pins, I wouldn't offer them.

My DS#2 collects pins from many other themes besides Disney. He always takes the other pins to local pin meets and even to pin trading locations at WDW. Almost always he has found people with non-Disney pins who are interested in trading.
