What is something with low points that you eat when you need a snack? I don't really like Jello, which would be a good snack. I get bored eating the same old stuff and need some ideas. :goodvibes

Here are my 1 point fall-backs:
1/2 c. fat-free sugar free pudding made with skim milk if I want something sweet
1/2 bag 94% fat free microwave popcorn if I want something salty.
Interesting WW-Disney connection... 1/2 a bag of popcorn fits nicely in the souvenir pocorn buckets from WDW. I split the bag between 2 buckets and put the lid on one of them to save for later! I even have a bucket under my desk at work.

Some more low point options:
Kid's fruit snacks (Scooby Doo etc) = 1 point (I love gummy bears and this is a lower point alternative)
One low fat graham cracker split in half, spread fat free cool whip on one half, press the other half on top to make a sandwich, wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for a few hours = 1 point
The new 100 calorie bags of 94% fat free buttered popcorn and kettle corn = 1 point per bag
8 Quakes (like rice cakes) = 1 point
Approx. 15 of the Light Lays chips = 1 point
Pre packaged Rice Krispee treat (the kind you buy in the boxes in the grocery store) = 2 points
Kudos (M & M and Snickers) = 2 points
Snackwells cookies = 1 point each
Hope this helps :)

1 cup frozen cherries or frozen pineapple tidbits, partially defrosted, 1 point Trader Joes brand is good.
Weight Watchers Frozen Giant Fudge bar is incedibly good for 1 point, like a frozen chocolate mousse. A bit expensive, 4 pk for ~ 4.50.
3 points for a yoplait whipped yogurt, again a mousse, every flavor BUT chocolate is delicious. Eat with a tiny spoon to savor each bite.

A follow up question. All these options are carby. I don't do well with carbs eaten by themselves (only at meals, with protein & veggies) and I don't use anything that's artificially sweetened, so no Jell-O, pudding, etc. for me. Sooo, what about something like reduced-fat cheese? Or plain yogurt?
I'm considering WW, the on-line option.
TIA!!! :sunny:
