Okay, I missed breakfast this a.m., since my boss insisted on having a 45-minute conversation about her weekend actitivies and by the time we were done, the cafeteria was closed. :furious:
So, I hit the vending machine and got an oatmeal granola bar.
First, can someone tell me the points for 180 calories, 2 fat, 1 fiber. I'm guess three, but maybe it's four.
Then, since I was so hungry for lunch, I just grabbed a pre-made sandwich. Big mistake. I took off the second grilled chicken breast and put it aside, but still ate everything else. Figure it's goes like this:
Ciabetta roll
1 3oz grilled chicken breast
2 oz of mozzarella cheese
2 tbs of pesto mayonnaise
For that, I'm guessing 15 points? I could've eaten at McDonald's!! :sad2: Guess that means salad tonight.

Well, your granola bar is 3 points.
A generic ciabatta roll is not in the WW online directory, but a regular hard roll is 3 points. the grilled chicken breast, assuming it is skinless, is 2.5 points. The cheese is 4 points. The mayo (and this is where the points are) is 6 points for 2 Tbsp (are you sure that much was on there??)-- your total would be 18.5 points, so you still have some points left!

The oatmeal granola bar is 4 pts
the ciabatta roll is 1 pt/ounce, roughly. I think most of them are 4 oz unless large
the chicken is 3 pts
mozzarella -- 4 pts
pesto mayo -- 2 Tbsp regular mayo is 6 pts, don't know about pesto mayo
I hope this helps. Sorry I can't be more precise.

I could be wrong. I put it in the points calculator and got 4. :confused3

Thanks! Not sure how much mayo was on the roll - I never use any. The entire inside of the roll was lightly covered (so it wasn't drenched and dripping, but certainly there). The roll wasn't that big - I would say 4 oz is right. The chicken breast was skinless.
Thanks for the help. Hopefully, my WW leader will have the online tools code tomorrow, so I can sign up for myself.
Thanks.

Nope-- I think you're more right (It's actually 3.5 pts-- I have a tendency to round down, which could be a part of my problem :-))

If the roll was lightly covered, then there probably wasn't even a tablespoon.
I *hate* mayo-- 2 tblsp is enough to bathe the whole sandwich in it!!
