Loew's card

I have booked 1 night in March @ PBH and 2 nights @ RPH in July. Do I present my Loew's card @ check-in or should I have notified them when I made the reservations?
I just want to make sure I get credit for my stays because I stayed 7 nights last year and didn't know about the Loew's card so I didn't get credit for my stay.

you should call back and let them know you have the loews card so you can be credited the stay.

i called loews last week. found out i was not given credit for 2 of my stays.
it is too late now to do anything about it.

my last stay was oct 05 and they were able to go back and add the airline miles for that one though. i forgot to give them my advantage # for the airline when i made last years ressie.

you can get amtrak or airline miles added when you reserve at a loews hotel as one of the perks.

you have up to one year to get the credit for mileage/stays if you find out you didn't get it when making the ressie.

same here...no credit for two previous stays...odd, since many frequent travel programs will provide credit with the appropriate documentation.

i'd call back...be sure to get your perks!
