Epcot Meal Sign Up - Saturday, December 1st

Hi! In an effort to allow convention registration and your personal trip planning to go as smoothly as possible we are going to offer advanced meal sign up for Epcot.

Below please list your name, number of adults and children (age 3-9) in your party, and your 1st and 2nd choice with the preferred dining time and location. We will do our best to insure that you get your preferred choice and I will contact you if we need to adjust a time.

Hey Y’all :),

I have updated all those that have signed up thus far. Please list your dining choices ASAP as I will be blocking our space by location in Epcot very soon. We are a large group and I can only bring us into a location as parties of 40 and under (or we get set menus). So the quicker you let me know your choices the better your chances to get you 1st choice of location and time. Those that wait till arrival will pick their location on a first come first serve basis.

For those single DIS adventurers:earsboy:, I will be grouping you together at a table so you will not be eating alone. Couples may also be blocked at a table with another DIS family - kind of like being on the cruise ship. However I can’t guarantee whom you’ll be sitting with as that would be a scheduling nightmare so try to arrive together.

Linda, If we choose Norway or Germany do we get buffet or set menu? Is there a set menu for everywhere or do we get to choose? Recently had surgery so food choices are very important right now and I have to be very careful what I eat. Need to know before making final choices. Thanks

You will get a meal coupon that includes and a starter, main course, drink, tip and tax - no dessert, that will come later at the dessert party. If it is a buffet you get the buffet. I will keep us in smaller groups all over the place so we do not have the set menu.

Hi!

If you want to sit with other DIS folks the best thing to do is arrive at the same time for dinner, that way you'll be seated together. What happens with this type of dining is we have so many seats blocked for a certain time at each location so there will be tables of different sizes available when you arrive.

As of tomorrow I will have to close advanced sign up as I have to block the space. I will save additional space at several locations for those that have not signed up and you can pick your location on a 1st come 1st serve basis.

For all of y'all that have not signed up above please do so ASAP and I will place you on a 1st come 1st serve basis at the following locations: France, Canada, Italy, Morocco, UK, Coral Reef, and Garden Grill (Japan filled -sorry). Please list your 1st and 2nd choice most of the times are between 5-6 pm, I have a few spots at 4pm at Canada, so the sooner you sign up the more likely you are to get the location of your choice. I have more places reserved then we need but have to give the extra space back to WDW very soon. I need your full name and the amount of adults and kids (under 10) in your party. If you do not want to post your last name email me please but still list your first name here so that way I can confirm I got the email and request.

For my single travelers most of those groups are at France, Canada, and the UK - but I'm game to start a group at another location (trying to keep y'all together and not with just couples or a family). To all those that signed up above unless I emailed you you got your first choice location :)
