I have just read on another thread that unless you go to DLP in the summer, Buzz Lightyears Pizza Planet will be closed. :sad2:

Can anyone confirm this as my boys really like Toy Story and we planned to have lunch there in a couple of weeks.

DLP Food Guide (http://www.dlpfoodguide.com) seems to indicate that it is open in low season though not on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

That's interesting as I remember it was closed on the day we went to visit last July.

Apparently there are 'closed days' during high season too, though DLP Food Guide doesn't list them. We went there once but the strange lighting made us dizzy so sat outside.

We went last September and it was never open not even on the days that DLP thought it would have been :guilty:

With the opening of the Buzz ride in April then surely this is going to be more popular :)

Pizza Planet, Hakuna Matata and a few other restaurants are closed, unless the visitor number reaches a certain level that day. Both restaurants were open on December 27-28 due to HUGE crowds.

Good point Reid with Buzz opening this year they hopefully might rotate it to be open on other days. Hope so as we'd like to visit in October. Hope we wouldn't bump into any Sid's though :lmao:
