Trying to follow the WW points system - my first meeting is tonight, but I need help. I've done good all week, but tomorrow we are going to lunch at a Chinese Buffet. Any suggestions on what to eat to maintain that "I've done good" feeling. Maybe I should just skip going and stay with my smart ones!!
Help!
Thanks,
Tammy

Here is my strategy:
3 wontons in lots of broth with green onions (3 pts)
about 10 peel and eat shrimp (about 2 pts)
veggies from chicken w/broccoli (1 pt)
steamed veggies (0)
egg roll (4)
That is a 10 point buffet experience, and though 10 pts sounds like a lot, I think it is well worth it. If you have flexpoints or other points to spare, I'd suggest eating some of the veggies from your favorite dishes (for me it's the mushrooms from spicy chicken with mushrooms) and some fruit for dessert.
Good luck and enjoy the lunch!
ETA: our buffet also has sushi, some of which I love and much of which is 1 - 1.5 pts/piece
