Hi I am also new to this section. My name is Tina,
I am hoping to lose some wieght and tone up....Have not exercised in a super long time and I also have horrid eating habits. Looking forward to change in the new year. I set up 2 resolutions, that i hope i can stay with...
one 1/2 if cleaning everyday ( not including laundry :confused3 ) and one 1/2 - 1 hour of exercise per day.
i work in the afternoons, I have my morning to myself, so that should keep me on track.

so...i am glad to have found you and I look for forward to reading all the info here.

It's great that you have the mornings off... that is when I get my workouts in. As far as the cleaning thing :scared1:
