I did the exact same thing, except I DENIED it and put back on much more. I stopped weighing and even trying. It just snowballed on me.
Okay, it happened ~~ get back on track ~~ don't beat yourself up over it. You KNOW you can do it, but you have to do it now. Do it for just one day! Promise yourself you will try just for today and keep checking back here for encouragement. Your friends here have been thru it all, hang in there!

I fully agree with teachingmykids. You have made the first step in admitting that you know you need to get a handle on things. I also had lost my weight and then put it all back on. I am losing again and I WILL not let it happen again.
Don't look backwards, look forward. You can do this, you did it before. Keep your sights on small goals. Try not to stress eat, drink plenty of water and try to get some exercise.
I have faith in you, you can do this.

Please don't get mad enough that you give up... get mad at yourself enough that you do something about it.
Or at least that is what I keep saying to myself ;) ... I was 15 lighter in May than I was January 1st. I just ignore that and keep plugging away at the exercise and changed my eating habits (AGAIN) I am down some since the 1st...
You can do it... you have done it... we are all doing it together :goodvibes
