Lucky, lucky you getting to play in AK when it's closed to everyone else! That would be awesome if they opened EE for that, too. If your other half wants to hang with someone at the parks while you're in the conference, have him get in touch with me. I'll be there solo. Well, other members of my skate team will be renting a house off-site, but they'd rather stay there and sit around the pool than go play at the parks. I don't get that. :confused3

Does it count if we're actually not at a DVC location (yet)? We're booked into a courtyard view at WL for 4/28 thru 5/1. We will close on our BWV points sometime in the next few weeks, but I don't know if that is soon enough to be able to change our reservation to include WLV time for 4/30 and 5/1. Or if there are even any studio openings then.

So, we'll be there in April but don't know if we'll be at "home" yet!

My husband too was schedule to go to Sunguard conference which we were all looking forward to, but commitments in the office will not allow any time away from the office in early April. With much disappointment the kids and I started looking into accomadations for Easter time (later April), but were blown away by the costs and no codes available like the old days. So to make a long story short we bought into DVC pixiedust: , and are now awaiting our 1st trip home April 19-25 OKW. :thumbsup2 And the good thing is that DH will be on total vacation with no work commitments. :goodvibes

We originally got OKW and waitlisted. At the 30 day mark we got a call on VWL. The boys were excited as that is their favorite place to stay.

We will be on the lookout. Boys are 7 & 4 both with really short blond hair. They love the pool so I'm sure we will be there. I'm really winging this trip and don't even have any ADR's yet. DS 7 can't wait to ride EE so that is also number one on the priority list this week as well.

I just printed our boarding passes and added it to the packet of stuff....

Now.... what to pack! :confused3 You'd think with months of planning in advance that I might pack a little sooner... oh well, at least I have the suitcases down from the attic. Now I just gotta fill 'em up!
