So, for the first time in four years, I've stuck to a weight loss plan for more than two days. :banana: :banana:

I can already feel the change in my thinking - analyzing "good" and "bad" foods, not eating everyone's leftovers, and just making healthier choices overall. It feels good.

I weigh in tomorrow, and hopefully, I'll see a loss. I'm not expecting the "10-pounds in the first week" loss I got when I was a younger, but I'm hopefully, there'll be less of me! :cool1:

Congratulations, DisneyLovingMama! 6 days is awesome! And you got through the weekend, too, which I think is hardest! Keep up the great work! Don't drive yourself crazy putting too much emphasis on the weigh in. The healthy habits you are already living are going to have a much longer impact than any number you see on that (often fickle) scale on any given day! :hug:
