Not a Disney question, but here goes...
I'm flying EWR>PIT>LAS on US, first class. Obvioulsy EWR>PIT you get about enough time to sit down and get your lap belt on and you're there. But the PIT>LAS leg is a bit longer.
Is US still offering food service on the longer legs? Beverage service still the same for FC pax? Any other changes (Other than not being allowed to bring my roll-on aboard, and having to buy the nail clippers in the terminal after I clear security? <---sarcasm at it's finest)
Thanks!
Anne

I am not BeverlyLynn,
But, FC has remained the same. One question? Why the sarcasm?

I find it so completely ironic--no, IDIOTIC--the way the carriers and FAA are reacting and the restrictions of things you can't take on a plane--like nail clippers. Especiallya s once you clear security you can go to any little news store and purchasea pair.
Reactive rather than proactive is never the best policy.

Thanks Beverly Lynn! I was hoping that was the case. I love the ice cream sundaes and other yummy desserts in FC :-) The meals generally aren't any better--except the fresh hot rolls :-)
Definitely a perk of flying FC :-)

its as bad as not letting you use one of those flimsy plastic knives to cut your food at the food courts too or in the restaurants.......they went way overboard as they were too lax in the first place.....one extreme to the other.

You are sooo right! I heard that at some of the concourse restaurants taht serve steak they are offering the option of having it cut up for you in the kitchen. Of course you never know who the busboy is really working for, and pawning the kitchen knife off to on the sly...
They need to face reality, the way our system is set up, there is no foolproof way of truly keeping the concourse "sterile". Not unless they close all the business in the gate (sterile) areas of the concourse.
